Phoenix Health Group is looking for a GP Partner (3-6 sessions) to join our happy and thriving practice in Tetbury. We are excited to be moving into a new state of the art Building in early 2027 and will have space to expand our team.

• We also have a dedicated team of frailty nurses, and two nursing home Advanced Specialist nurses to help manage our elderly and housebound patients.
• Systems in place to streamline administrative tasks via a team of skilled care coordinators.
• Minimal use of locums due to in-house “floating” salaried GP.
• We are a training practice for both registrars and Bristol Medical students
• We are an active research practice.
• A well organised Practice that is constantly evolving and adapting to national changes.
• Friends and Family scores consistently above 95%.
• Surgeries in Cirencester, South Cerney, Kemble, and Tetbury.
• Total list size 24,600 and growing. 13 x GP Partners and 3 Salaried GPs.
• Dispensing in Tetbury and Kemble.
• Monthly PLTs for support, daily clinical coffee for the whole team, Friday Partner’s lunches.
